The design concept comprises a wood-heavy design with a few essential incorporations, such as exposing lots of clean, sleek lines that aesthetically contrast the wood grain and the neutral cozy layers. The desired impression is muted, sophisticated, and masculine; hence it is particularly true of its neutral color palette. Architectural philosophy is nothing over-the-top. Therefore, the materials and pieces are grounded or tranquilizing. Material finishes are chrome or nickel, glass, mirrors, wood, and other materials; bold and vibrant colors are not reserved in the design. The designated location of his home office is just beside the living area, where the sliding door and the walls of his office are concealed with a two-way glass. The living and dining area should have a minimum of five seats to accommodate the occupancies and their relatives. The backyard has a lanai porch and patio with a grill area. The son's bedroom has its own toilet and bath, a recreation area where he could practice his guitar skills, and access outside to play in his half-court. Although the entire house is mostly ventilated by window glass, these glass windows are sliding windows where mesh insect screens are incorporated to filter a few pollution and insects.
